Before submitting a request, make sure all of the conditions below are met. This helps us review your case quickly and without unnecessary back-and-forth.
You're eligible for a refund if:
Your subscription was purchased directly through the PawChamp website, not via the App Store or Google Play
Your request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date, while your subscription is still active
You actively followed your assigned training plan for at least 7 consecutive days within that period
You completed the first module of your training plan
You contacted our experts at least twice and genuinely tried the advice they gave you
Despite following the plan consistently, you didn't see meaningful progress
