Here's the idea behind it: if you showed up, followed your plan, did the work, and still didn't see results, you shouldn't be left feeling like you wasted your money. That's not the experience we want for you or your dog.
If you followed your personalized plan consistently, completed the first module, reached out to our experts at least twice and tried their advice, and still didn't see the results you expected, we'll refund your money.
No lengthy disputes, no chargebacks, no bank involvement needed. Just reach out, tell us what happened, and we'll take it from there.
To be eligible, the following conditions apply:
The guarantee covers subscriptions purchased directly on the PawChamp website
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date, while your subscription is still active
You actively followed your assigned training plan for at least 7 consecutive days
You completed the first module of your plan
You contacted our experts at least twice and genuinely tried the advice they gave you
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. We're not able to process those refunds on their behalf
