If you're ready to cancel, choose the option that matches how you originally signed up. If you purchased on the PawChamp website, you can use any of Options 1–3 below 👇
Option 1 — In the app
The quickest way if you signed up through the PawChamp website:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Tap Membership Info
- Select Turn off autorenewal
- Confirm Cancel Membership
You'll get a confirmation screen right away, and a confirmation email shortly after.
Option 2 — By email
Send us an email at support@paw-champ.com with Unsubscribe in the subject line.
Just let us know you'd like to cancel and include the email address linked to your account. If you're writing from your registered email, it's usually processed automatically within a few minutes.
Option 3 — Via chat or contact form
Reach us through the chat in the app, or via the contact form at paw-champ.com/contacts. Just let us know you'd like to cancel. If you're logged in, we'll find your account automatically.
Option 4 — iPhone / iPad (App Store)
Apple handles billing for App Store subscriptions, so cancellation goes through them directly:
Go to App Store → Your account → Subscriptions → PawChamp and turn off auto-renewal. Full instructions on the Apple support page →
Option 5 — Android (Google Play)
Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PawChamp and cancel from there. Or do it from any browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions — find PawChamp, tap Manage → Cancel subscription, and confirm. Full instructions on the Google Play support page →
One thing to keep in mind! To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date — this applies regardless of how you subscribed. For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, that 24-hour window is what Apple and Google need on their side to stop the upcoming charge.
⚠️ Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Billing continues until you cancel through one of the options above.
