If you noticed a charge from PawChamp on your bank or credit card statement, it means you have or had an active PawChamp subscription. Here's how charges typically occur:
- You purchased a PawChamp subscription through our website, App Store, or Google Play
- Your free trial period ended and automatically converted to a paid plan
- Your active subscription renewed automatically at the end of the current billing period
All PawChamp subscriptions renew automatically — weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or annually, depending on the plan you selected. Renewal happens at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance.
Charges may appear on your statement under any of the following billing descriptors: paw-champ.com, PAW-CHAMP.COM, PAWCHAMP, PAW-CHAMP.
Please note, deleting the app does not cancel your subscription — charges will continue until cancellation is completed through the correct channel.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact our billing support team and we'll help you identify and resolve it.
