During a pause:
- Billing stops for the entire pause period
- Access to the app and all content is suspended until your chosen resume date
- On that date, everything restarts automatically — your plan, your progress, your dog's profile, all exactly as you left them. No setup, no re-onboarding.
How to request a pause
Reach out via chat in the app or by email at support@paw-champ.com. Let us know the date you'd like your subscription to resume — our team will handle the rest and confirm everything with you.
