Didn’t get an email from us?
If you’re not seeing emails from us, don’t worry, this usually comes down to inbox filtering or a small mismatch in email settings rather than an account issue. Let’s quickly go through what’s most likely happening and how to fix it.
The welcome letter is sent automatically right after registration to the email address used during signup. In some cases, it may not appear in your main inbox and can land in spam, promotions, or updates folders depending on your email provider.
We’re not able to resend the welcome letter manually, as it is generated automatically at the moment of account creation. If you didn’t receive it, the best first step is to double-check the email used for registration and make sure it was entered correctly. In many cases, missing emails happen simply because a different inbox was used during signup.
If you are not receiving any emails from us in general, it’s important to check all inbox folders, including spam, promotions, and updates. Email providers often filter automated messages without sending a clear notification.
It’s also worth confirming that your inbox is not full and that messages from unknown senders are not being blocked, as these settings can affect delivery.
If emails still don’t appear after these checks, support can review your account email status and help identify what’s going on. In many cases, it’s a quick fix once the registered email and delivery settings are confirmed.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, you can easily manage this yourself directly from any marketing message.
Open the email you want to unsubscribe from and scroll to the bottom. There you will find an option called “Unsubscribe” or “Change preferences.” After selecting it, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can complete the process by clicking “Yes, unsubscribe me.” Once finished, you will see a confirmation message that you have been successfully unsubscribed.
